The area, which is currently a brownfield site will be converted into a pleasant place to live, not only for the residents and commercial tenants but also for all inhabitants of the Smíchov district to which our project will contribute significantly. As the name suggests, in addition to new relaxation areas, the inhabitants will also use the Císařská louka island, which is one of the preferred destinations for trips and leisure in all of Prague.

The apartment building will offer apartments with various layouts to own or lease. There will be green areas for relaxation, a playground for children with a kindergarten as well as retail units.
