On a plot of land in the popular Coco Del Mar area overlooking the nearby Pacific Ocean, we are preparing to build a 25-story apartment building of a higher standard with an amenities floor including a swimming pool and a court for the fashionable sport of padel. The vision of the project was developed by the well-known Danish architect Morten Schmidt, founder of SHL, who collaborates with the PAX architects team of architects and the local studio Urbanismo.
