The building plot for the project is located in the lively popular neighborhood of Barrio Escalante. The project itself will offer the new owners comfortable living in apartments ranging from studios to three-room apartments with comfortable Social areas. The vision of the project was developed by the well-known Danish architect Morten Schmidt, founder of SHL, who collaborates with the PAX architects team of architects and the local studio SAUMA Arquitectos.
