The first in a series of projects by which UDI presents itself to the Serbian market is the residential and office project “Swallows” (in Serbian: Lastavice). Functional and modern architecture is achieved by a pronounced horizontality on the facade, which makes the project fit into the construction landscape of the old part of Novi Beograd in a modern way. The conceptual solution is the result of the successful collaboration between the Czech architectural firm Hlaváček & Partner Studio and the renowned local architectural firm ZAP. The project is the construction of two separate multifunctional buildings, the core of which is housing with commercial space on the ground floor, and will be implemented in two stages.
