The complex of four apartment buildings is characterized by its location in the overall context of the Prague agglomeration, with a suitable orientation to the cardinal points and terrain morphology. Urbanistically, architecturally and functionally it corresponds to the surrounding buildings.
In the project, you will find apartments with practically designed layouts, most of the apartments have a front garden, balcony, or terrace. The apartments on the receding floors have interesting roof terraces. Ample parking space is provided by an underground garage. The project also includes premises for commercial use.
The construction of this project has created a new public space that connects the Jandus Brothers Square with U Starého mlýna Street.
The project was awarded the ‘Architects Prize’ for the Region, Prague in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2016 competition.
The project was completed and handed over to clients in 2018.
