In cooperation with the Hlaváček & Partner architectural studio, a project of two apartment buildings in close proximity to the metro station of the B Lužiny line and a shopping centre was created. The project Bytové domy Lužiny offers the convenience of excellent civic amenities and perfect transport accessibility for future users of flats of layouts 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. The offer is complemented by an adequate number of parking spaces and commercial premises with separate entrances from the street. The project is completed with representative common areas and greenery, which is part of its facade, balconies, and terraces. Another advantage is the proximity of the Central Park Stodůlky, which can enrich the view from the windows and brings the possibility of sports and leisure activities.
