The residential building serves the functions of commercial and residential parking. It has three underground and ten above-ground floors, one main entrance to the residential part, connected to the main staircase, and an entrance hall with two lifts going through all underground and above-ground floors. The garages are designed on the underground floors and are accessible from the residential part of the building, while the commercial units have separate entrances from Holýšovská Street. The project was completed and handed over to clients in 2017.
