We are starting the construction of the Zvezdano Brdo project in the capital of Serbia. A total of 341 apartments of a higher standard, 443 underground parking spaces and a number of retail units on the ground floor of the building will be created in Old Belgrade. In total, the group plans to invest 57 million euros in the project. In Serbia this year, UDI Group completed the first phase of its Lastavice project in another part of Belgrade. Construction of the Lastavice project will continue next year.
UDI Group has launched the sale of its next residential project in Latin America. After Panama, the possibility to invest in housing from Europe has also opened up in neighboring Costa Rica. It is known as the best destination in the world for spending your retirement. The group would like to build at the beginning of next year. The building will offer 136 apartments and a number of amenities such as a rooftop pool with a bar, hot tub and sun terrace, facilities for pets, a barbecue area, a cinema and other amenities for apartment owners.
UDI Group completed the first apartment building in Belgrade, Serbia. The eastern part of the Lastavice project will offer 269 apartments for more than 45 million euros, into which the new owners will start moving in the summer. The group will continue construction this year. In total, the project, which consists of two apartment buildings, has 480 apartments and will cost 91 million euros.
UDI Group will build a new shopping center in Líbeznice near Prague. Its main tenant will be the Billa supermarket. The developer is now negotiating with other tenants of the other six units. The group agreed on the form of the center with the village management. After incorporating the town architect's comments, the group sent the project proposal for approval according to the old building law. They believe that construction could begin next year.
UDI Group will build a Staybrigde Suites hotel for medium and long-term accommodation in Budapest, Hungary. It will operate under the brand name of the global hotel chain IHG, and its operator will be the Mogotel hotel group from the Baltics, which operates dozens of hotels across Europe. The hotel will offer 152 rooms and will be part of the Parkside project in the area of the prestigious Vaci street near the Danube. The developer signed a lease agreement with the hotel operator for 25 years.
The rough construction of the next stage of the Classic Ursus project in Warsaw, Poland, is completed. Work is now continuing on two more buildings with a total of 272 apartments. This phase will also include the reconstruction of the historic entrance hall to the original Ursus factory, where a restaurant and offices could be built.
